Job Description:
We are recruiting for a leading provider of Art and décor brand. Who are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fine Art Client Manager to join their team working from thier Birmingham Offices within the heart of the City, a stone’s throw away from the Mailbox.
Our client are a market leader in their field, providing high end quality Fine Art and are due to previous success, are undergoing a huge period of growth . They are looking for ambitious and driven Client Manager (Fine Art) who want to earn while their develop and progress in their career. They offer a thorough training programme to help you fulfil your potential as well as long term career opportunities for those who are driven to achieve. As a Client Manager you will use your business development skills to help a portfolio of important clients that collect exceptional art grow their collections. You will build an in-depth understanding of existing client needs as well as new client opportunities.
Fine Art Client Manager - Responsibilities
- Devising and implementing individual development plans for each client, meeting their requirements for building their artwork collection and introducing them to new opportunities through our unique offering.
- Manage client communications, handle incoming sales enquiries and build your knowledge of our art and artists as well as the wider art market. Important too.
- Building and maintaining client satisfaction and trust.
- Providing outstanding customer service, always striving to go the extra mile to provide an enjoyable buying experience.
- Partnering and building relationships with a number of celebrity artists.
Fine Art Client Manager - Required skills
- The ability to stretch annual seven-figure sales targets
- A proven track record of top performance within a sales driven environment
- Self-motivation and a warm and engaging communication style
- A consistently professional attitude
- The desire to learn about our artists and their work
- The ability to be pro-active and seek out sales opportunities
- The skills to devise clear short and long term sales strategies and see through their execution
- Proven track record of sales success within the luxury sales sector
As a Fine Art Client Manager you’ll receive a competitive salary package, including a basic salary and commission, with a realistic long term OTE of £55-60K. You will also receive ongoing training and development opportunities to further your career. This role requires candidates who are happy to work five of every seven weekends as part of their role. The potential to earn high levels of OTE will come with this flexibility, and you will have the chance to work with millions of pounds worth of product per year.
