Are you a creative, motivated and forward-thinking Design Technology specialist looking to inspire the next generation of designers, engineers and innovators? We are seeking an enthusiastic Design Technology Teacher to join our successful and well-equipped DT department based in Ipswich.
About the Role
You will deliver engaging, practical and theory-based lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and Key Stage 5 where appropriate). The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, strong subject knowledge and a passion for hands-on learning that sparks curiosity and builds confidence.
What Were Looking For
· A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) or an ECT with a strong DT background
· Specialism in Product Design, Engineering, Resistant Materials, Graphics, or Textiles
· Ability to plan and deliver creative, inclusive and high-quality lessons
· Strong classroom management and communication skills
· A team player who contributes positively to departmental development
