Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
*Plan and implement engaging activities that support learning and development.
*Observe, assess, and record children’s progress.
*Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.
*Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment.
Requirements:
*Level 3 Early Years Qualification or equivalent.
*Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
*Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine love for working with children.
