We are seeking a enthusiastic and compassionate Activity Coordinator to join our team!
Marston Court home is situated in the East area of Leicester and is close to all amenities. We are a 22 bedded residential care home that provides 24 hour care for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. We also support individuals on a dementia care pathway. We provide high quality care and a safe environment that promotes choice, dignity, control and quality of life.
What You’ll be Doing
*Design and lead group and one-to-one activities tailored to individual needs
*Encourage participation and build confidence through meaningful engagement
*Work closely with care staff and clinical teams to support holistic care
*Organise events, outings, and seasonal celebrations
*Maintain records and contribute to care planning
What You’ll Need
*Experience in a care or support setting (preferred)
*Creative flair and a passion for helping others
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to motivate and engage individuals with diverse needs
*Organised, flexible, and proactive approach
