Senior Business Development Analyst - Harrogate - £45,000

We’re working with a growing and commercially focused organisation that is looking to hire a Senior Business Development Analyst to support major growth plans and new project opportunities.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with strong financial and analytical skills who wants to move further into commercial finance, pricing strategy and business development.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across finance, sales and procurement and play a key role in shaping commercial decisions.

The role:
*Analysing rental pricing and occupancy trends across key markets
*Supporting financial models and pricing assumptions for new projects
*Reviewing historical financial performance and future projections
*Helping prepare project budgets and income forecasts
*Identifying opportunities to improve profitability and reduce costs
*Supporting client queries around financial projections
*Working with sales teams to understand market feedback and pricing trends
*Assisting with energy cost forecasting
*Maintaining key data sets to improve decision making
*Supporting wider commercial and business development initiatives

Skills & experience:
*Strong Excel and analytical skills – including financial modelling
* Financial mindset with commercial awareness
*Confident communicator – comfortable working with stakeholders
*Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
*Experience in property, real estate, living sector or operational finance is advantageous
