Key Responsibilities*Assist in the preparation and delivery of educational materials.
*Provide one-on-one support to students, particularly those with special educational needs.
*Help maintain a positive learning environment through effective behavior management.
*Support teachers in monitoring student progress and providing feedback.
*Engage students in learning activities and foster a love for education.
*Supervise students during non-classroom activities, such as lunch and recess.
Requirements
*Experience in an educational or childcare setting is preferred.
*A relevant qualification, such as a Certificate in Education or equivalent, is advantageous.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
