Key Responsibilities*Assist teachers in preparing and delivering educational activities.
*Support students with special needs or learning difficulties on a one-to-one basis.
*Help manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and inclusive environment.
*Provide feedback to teachers regarding student progress and challenges.
*Prepare materials and resources for lessons.
*Supervise students during breaks and extracurricular activities.
Requirements
*Relevant experience working with children or in an educational environment.
*A Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
*Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with students.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and student support.
*Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in child development.
*Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
