PSL Recruitment Services is proud to partner with a leading independent Private Hospital in London to recruit an experienced Band 6 Senior Occupational Therapist to join their inpatient therapies team. This is an excellent opportunity for an autonomous, motivated OT to manage a specialist inpatient and outpatient caseload, contribute to service development, and work closely within a supportive multidisciplinary team.


The role includes:
*Delivering specialist assessment and evidence-based interventions
*Managing complex clinical presentations
*Active involvement in MDT working and discharge planning
*Supporting service development, audit, and in-service training


Candidates will need to have:
*BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
*HCPC registration
*Proven experience working at Band 6 level (or ready to step up)
*Confidence managing complex inpatient caseloads
*Passionate high-quality, patient-centred care
