Your new role
As an E-Billing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the firm’s billing processes. You’ll manage electronic billing submissions, resolve invoice rejections, maintain accurate client records, and act as a key point of contact between internal teams and external vendors. Your work will directly influence client satisfaction and the firm’s financial performance, making you an essential member of the finance function.
What you’ll need to succeed
*Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
*Proven experience in a finance or billing role, ideally within professional services
*Knowledge of e-billing platforms and financial systems (such as Aderant, Elite, or similar)
*Strong communication skills with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
*A proactive approach, strong problem-solving ability, and a commitment to continuous improvement
