A Top 10 UK accountancy practice is looking to appoint an experienced Audit Senior Manager to join its growing Audit & Assurance team in South Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious audit professional to take on a senior leadership role managing a diverse portfolio of clients while supporting and developing a high-performing team.

Your role as a Senior Audit Manager:


*Lead on engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, including complex audit assignments.
*Manage the end-to-end audit process, including planning, budgets, and delivery timelines.
*Oversee all aspects of client engagement, ensuring work is allocated effectively and delivered to a high standard.
*Provide strategic advice to owner-managers on business and personal financial matters.
*Analyse complex business situations to identify key risks, priorities, and solutions.
*Coach, mentor, and develop members of the audit team.


What you’ll need to succeed:


*ACA / ACCA / CA qualified (or equivalent).
*Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
*Experience auditing clients across multiple industries.
*Proven experience managing a large client portfolio.
*Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and mentoring teams.
