Service Engineer
Location: Surrey
£32,000 - £38,000 DOE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Engineer to join a growing organisation delivering specialist services to clients across the region. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be out on client sites, solving problems, keeping systems running smoothly, and building great relationships along the way.

Do you drive and are you happy being out and about all day? Our client will give you full use of the office van and you will need a clean driving license.

Key Responsibilities:
*Attend client sites to carry out servicing, repairs and system checks
*Diagnose and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
*Deliver excellent customer service and act as a professional representative at all times
*Plan daily work schedules and ensure the correct tools and materials are available
*Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of site visits
*Liaise with clients on-site to answer queries and provide updates
*Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety standards
Experience and Skills Requirements
*Strong problem-solving ability with a practical, hands-on approach
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Highly organised with good time management
*Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
*Reliable, proactive and detail-oriented
*Full, clean UK driving licence
