Cambourne, Cambridge
Our client is seeking a Customer Care Administrator to join their modern offices in Cambourne, Cambridge.

The Role
The Customer Care Administrator plays a key role in delivering a comprehensive and professional administrative service to the Customer Care team.
The successful candidate will support the Head of Customer Care and the wider team to ensure customers receive a consistently high standard of service in line with the organisation’s customer care standards.
Key Responsibilities
*Contribute positively to the level of service delivered to customers
*Provide efficient administrative support to the divisional Customer Care team
*Produce detailed reports and maintain departmental records and logs
*Manage the Customer Care inbox, ensuring enquiries are acknowledged within service level agreements (SLAs) and escalated where necessary
*Support the team with maintaining and updating internal systems (e.g. CRM systems)
*Work collaboratively with internal departments to coordinate ordering of materials, invoice processing and payments within agreed budgets
*Collate information relating to customer escalations to support effective review by the Head of Customer Care
*Monitor job resolution progress and support the team in ensuring service targets are met
*Liaise with customers, internal teams and external contacts to provide updates regarding defect resolution
*Carry out customer courtesy calls following contractor or operative appointments
Experience
*Previous experience in an administrative role
*Experience within housebuilding, construction, property or a related industry would be beneficial
*Awareness of health and safety legislation is advantageous
Qualifications
*GCSE Maths and English - Grade 4/C or equivalent
Skills and Attributes
*Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues, customers and external contacts
*Excellent organisational and administrative skills
*High attention to detail with the ability to produce professional correspondence
*Proactive and motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
*Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
*Good IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and the ability to learn new systems
*Commitment to working in a respectful and inclusive environment
