The RoleAs a Nursery Room Leader, you will:
*Lead, inspire and support a small team of nursery practitioners

*Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for all children

*Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s development in line with the EYFS

*Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents and staff

*Monitor progress, complete observations and maintain accurate records

*Ensure safeguarding, health and safety and all statutory requirements are met

About YouWe’re looking for someone who is:
*Level 3 qualified (or above) in Early Years / Childcare

*Experienced in leading or mentoring staff within an early years setting

*Confident with the EYFS framework and child development practices

*A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills

*Passionate about creating enriching learning experiences
