Job Description:
Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Join a leading FM team covering various high end commercial office spaces in London, Essex/Kent borders.
Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
£45,000 + optional overtime + van fuel card
Sites across Central London
*Carry out lighting maintenance, including small installations, fault-finding, lamp replacements, ballast changes, control panel work, and power distribution.
*Service air conditioning systems, including Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs), performing filter changes and cleaning.
*Undertake water treatment tasks, such as temperature checks
*Monitor the BMS system, including temperature checks for hot and cold water.
*Coordinate and supervise subcontractors as needed.
*Maintain and update site logbooks regularly.
Requirements:
*Level 3 electrical installations or equivalent
*18th Edition
*Full UK drivers license
