This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences while working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and operational efficiency.

You will play a key role in managing customer relationships, resolving queries, and supporting the end-to-end order process. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work proactively in a busy commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities *Managing inbound and outbound customer calls and emails
*Handling order queries, delivery updates, returns and complaints
*Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system
*Supporting account management activities and identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience
*Liaising with internal teams including logistics, purchasing and operations
*Monitoring order status and providing customers with timely updates
*Using internal systems to track orders, resolve issues and support service delivery
About You *Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
*Confident using CRM or ERP systems
*A proactive and positive team player
