We’re expanding our Wealth Management recruitment team and are searching for an ambitious, driven individual to join us as an Associate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant. You don’t need prior recruitment experience - just hunger, resilience, and the desire to build a career in a high-performing, supportive environment.
Our Bristol office is located right in the heart of Bristol and just a 10-minute walk from Temple Meads train station. We operate on a hybrid working model once you’re up and running.
What you’ll be doing:

As an Associate Consultant, you’ll work closely with experienced recruiters to learn the sector and develop your own desk:
*Supporting Consultants across the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to client engagement and managing offers
*Building market knowledge within the Wealth Management sector, specialising in roles such as IFAs, Paraplanners, and Compliance professionals
*Developing your pipeline and presence through hands-on learning and structured training
*Progressing quickly as you demonstrate capability, ownership, and results
