Duties:
*Professionally handle customer enquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

*Collaborate closely with internal workshop staff to optimise operational efficiency
*Contribute to the overall success of the bodyshop by maintaining excellent customer service standards
*Progress into estimating and develop further expertise within the role
*Maintain accurate documentation and repair records throughout the process
Requirements for the Bodyshop Advisor role:
*Proven experience as a Bodyshop Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the motor trade
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Resilient and able to handle challenging customer interactions professionally
