Job Description:
Available Homes Officer – South East (Hybrid)
Base: Leatherhead or Haywards Heath
Region: Brighton Chichester (regular travel required)
Contract: Ongoing temp booking – Immediate Start
Pay: £19.36 PAYE / £24.56 Ltd (Umbrella)
Essential:Must be a driver with access to a car
Join a well-known housing association as a Visiting Available Homes Officer, helping to reduce empty home turnaround times and delivering an outstanding customer experience!
What You’ll Be Doing
*Carrying out property inspections, viewings, and sign-ups
*Ensuring homes are let quickly & efficiently
*Supporting with administrative tasks to keep things moving
*Working across the community to provide a high-quality service
*Collaborating with your team & bringing fresh ideas for improvement
What We’re Looking For
*Positive, proactive mindset
*Strong team player
*Confident working independently across the region
*Flexible with tasks & responsibilities
*Full UK driver’s licence + access to your own vehicle
*Willing to undergo a Basic DBS check
Working Style
*Hybrid role: mix of home working, office time & field visits
*Mileage paid for regional travel
