Job Description:
Package: £28K-£30K basic salary + uncapped commission + incentives
Our client is a multi-brand recruitment group with a global presence with offices in Manchester, New York and Berlin. They connect world-class talent with leading companies across 3 sectors - Financial Systems, Cloud Tech, and Renewables.

Key Responsibilities:
*Develop a strong understanding of your specialist market and become a subject matter expert
*Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
*Manage the full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer stage
*Build and maintain long-term relationships with both candidates and clients
*Conduct candidate interviews
*Work towards monthly targets
*Continuously improve your recruitment knowledge through internal training, market research, and performance feedback
About You:
*Phone based or face-to-face sales experience
*Minimum 2:1 degree
*Personal achievements whether this is from sport, music, academics, or any other areas you’ve excelled in
*You’re ambitious, resilient, and eager to learn
*You thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
*You value teamwork, integrity, and self-improvement
