Assistant Management Accountant, Software, Central London, £35-38,000

A growing organisation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Qualified Accountant to join its finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone currently studying towards a professional accounting qualification to gain broad exposure across core finance activities, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and management accounts.

Key Responsibilities
*Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations and support cross-charges across group entities
*Assist with the month-end close process, including journals, reconciliations, and schedules
*Assist with monthly management accounts for group companies
*Support the preparation of monthly financial reporting packs and analysis for management
*Carry out weekly bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
*Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, billing, and credit control
*Maintain accurate financial records within the accounting system

Skills & Experience
*Part-qualified or studying towards ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*Good understanding of accounting principles
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel
*Experience with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or similar
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
*Strong communication and collaboration skills
Desirable
*Previous experience in a finance or accounting role
*Experience within a multi-entity or group structure
*Exposure to Power BI, ERP systems, or financial reporting tools
