Job Description:
We’re working with a growing telecoms company in Whiteley looking to expand its sales team.
Whiteley
£25,000 basic + uncapped commission (£45k expected yr1)
Monday - Friday | 08:45-17:30
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a high-performing, rewarding environment. You’ll focus on generating new business, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to companies across the UK.
Day to day:
*Proactively contacting businesses to understand their needs (outbound calling)
*Generating, qualifying and converting new opportunities
*Managing and developing customer relationships
*Negotiating commercial terms and closing deals
*Achieving agreed revenue and performance targets
*Accurately updating CRM systems
*Managing existing accounts while identifying upsell opportunities
*Following industry regulations and structured sales processes

*Team-oriented with resilience in a fast-paced environment
