Customer Sales Advisor – Hornsey (Near Turnpike Lane Station) £27,053

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets? We’re looking for a Customer Sales Advisor to join a busy store in Hornsey, helping customers every day while contributing to the smooth running of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

*Assist customers face-to-face and over the phone, providing advice and selling products and services
*Maximise every sales opportunity to meet and exceed targets
*Complete administrative tasks to ensure compliance with company procedures
*Maintain a clean, safe, and organised store environment
*Take responsibility for lone working and key holder duties when required
*Operate forklifts where applicable and support general store tasks
What We’re Looking For:
*Clear and confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills
*Self-disciplined, detail-focused, and adaptable to team or lone working
*Motivated to learn about products and services and to provide excellent customer experiences
*Comfortable with physical aspects of the role, including store rounds and occasional forklifting
