Management Accountant

CTR Select are recruiting for a Management Accountant on behalf our client based in Addlestone.
Our client has built a strong reputation for service delivery, compliance, and long-term client partnerships. As the business continues to expand, they are looking to strengthen their finance function with the addition of a commercially minded Management Accountant.


The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and insight to support senior leadership and business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
*Prepare monthly management accounts with clear variance analysis.
*Produce financial reports and board packs including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
*Maintain cash flow forecasts and financial models.
*Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
*Assist with VAT returns, statutory accounts, and year-end audit requirements.
*Monitor credit control and working capital performance.
*Identify opportunities to improve finance systems and reporting processes.


Skills & Experience
Essential
*Qualified or part-qualified accountant
*Experience preparing management accounts.
*Strong financial analysis and forecasting skills.
*Ability to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
Desirable
*Experience within recruitment, staffing, or contractor-based businesses.
*Experience supporting growing or scaling organisations.
