Our client is expanding their supermarket promotions team across Chelmsford and the South East. They are looking for outgoing Brand Ambassadors to engage with shoppers at branded kiosks positioned in the entrances of busy supermarkets.
Brand Ambassador - Supermarket Foyer Promotions
Chelmsford & South East (within M25 and up to a 100-mile radius)
*Full-time, 5 days out of 7 per week (9am – 6pm) permanent position
*£24,000 basic salary £33,000+ OTE with overtime and commission
*Mileage allowance provided (excluding home to first location and return home)

Our client operates branded promotional kiosks positioned in the front foyers of busy supermarkets and high-footfall retail stores across the South East. Their prime entrance locations allow them to engage directly with members of the public, distribute promotional giveaways and book appointments throughout the day.
The Role
This is a full-time, public-facing Kiosk Adviser position based in the front entrance areas of supermarkets. You will represent our client’s brand at a professional promotional kiosk, welcoming customers as they enter and exit the store.
Key Responsibilities:
*Welcome customers in a friendly, confident and professional manner
*Engage shoppers in high-footfall supermarket foyer environments
*Distribute promotional giveaways
*Briefly explain our offer and services
*Book customer appointments accurately and efficiently
*Collect and input customer details using an iPad system
*Maintain a smart, organised and professional kiosk presentation
*Travel between supermarket locations across Chelmsford and the South East
*Assist with transporting kiosk materials where required
Driving is essential, as you will travel between venues and support the setup and movement of promotional equipment.
The Ideal Candidate
This role is ideal for individuals with previous experience in supermarket foyer promotions, charity fundraising or other high-volume, face-to-face customer engagement roles. About you:
*Proven experience in a supermarket foyer, charity collection or similar public-facing promotional role
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Professional appearance and presentation
*Excellent attention to detail
*Full, clean UK driving licence
*Access to a reliable personal vehicle
*Willingness to travel across the South East
