Property Administrator / Lettings Coordinator
Barnsley | Full Driving Licence Required
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an organised and customer-focused Property Administrator / Lettings Coordinator to join their busy property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who enjoys a varied role within the property sector.
The RoleThe successful candidate will support the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties while liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities*Booking and coordinating property appointments
*Sending and processing tenant applications
*Updating and advising landlords and tenants regarding the Renters Rights Act
*Attending appointments including property viewings, inventories, move-ins, inspections, and move-outs
*Completing administration tasks and property tick sheets across the portfolio
*Overseeing compliance requirements
*Handling maintenance issues and coordinating contractors
*Managing bond disputes
*Administering rent reviews and rent increases
Candidate Requirements*Full UK driving licence is essential
*Ideally based locally to Barnsley
*Previous face-to-face customer service experience
*Strong organisational and administrative skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
This role would suit someone who is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable dealing directly with both landlords and tenants.
