*Design and deliver high-quality primary research projects to fill critical evidence gaps in the pensions landscape.
*Transform complex datasets into reliable evidence that shapes long-term strategy and helps policy teams protect savers’ interests.
*Take full ownership of research lifecycles, ensuring all outputs meet Government Social Research standards and managing external research agencies effectively.
*Act as a bridge between data and action by explaining findings to senior leaders and non-technical audiences in a clear, actionable way.
*Build strong relationships across the organization and with external partners to identify where new evidence is needed and how it should be applied.
Profile
*You possess deep proficiency in quantitative and qualitative methodologies, including survey design, sampling methods, and statistical testing.
*You thrive on turning ambiguous, multi-layered questions into clear insights, using independent judgment to select the best research design.
*You can speak and write with confidence, simplifying technical data into practical business implications without losing accuracy.
*You are comfortable taking the lead on complex projects, managing external contracts, and ensuring rigorous quality control at every stage.
*You enjoy working as part of a diverse team, acting as a creative engine to help evolve the regulatory framework.
