Job Description:
Catch 22 are supporting leading UK FM companies in hiring Electricians to work across commercial sites in the Midlands.
These are permanent roles, paying a salary of up to £40,000 with rare on on call.
Key Requirements:
*Experience with PPMs and reactive electrical maintenance
*Electrical qualifications (18th Edition, 2391, 2360 preferred)
*FM/building services maintenance background
*Ability to carry out installations
*Full driving licence
*Strong communication and proactive attitude
*Willingness to support small install projects and wider building services tasks
*Team-focused with commitment to ongoing development
