You will be responsible for sourcing, placing, and managing temporary and permanent staff within the industrial sector, including warehouse, manufacturing, aroles.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with recruitment or sales experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job brief to placement
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
*Source candidates through job boards, advertising, and networking
*Screen, interview, and assess candidates for industrial roles
*Coordinate interviews and manage candidate offers
*Maintain accurate records on the recruitment CRM system
*Meet and exceed placement and revenue targets
Candidate Requirements
Previous recruitment, sales, or customer service experience (preferred)
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Ability to work in a target-driven environment
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Confident using job boards and recruitment software
*A proactive and positive attitude
