Job Description:
IT Contracts / Asset Manager
- Permanent full time role
- Lincoln based (hybrid working)
- Salary up to £45,000 plus excellent benefits
A well-established organisation is seeking an experienced Contracts and Asset Management Analyst to join its IT Service Delivery function. This is a pivotal role responsible for working across supplier relationships, contract management, IT asset management, software licencing and IT procurement.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing end-to-end supplier contract lifecycle processes

* Leading on vendor governance and performance management activity

* Overseeing IT asset and software licence management

* Ensuring compliance with procurement and governance standards

* Reporting and spend analysis

* Identifying opportunities to optimise supplier performance and reduce costs

* Supporting service delivery teams with commercial and asset visibility

To be considered sutiable for this service delivery role you will need to have the following skills/experience:
* Experience in IT contract management or IT asset management

* Knowledge of supplier governance and procurement processes

* Experience managing IT assets and/or software licensing

* Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills

* Experience using asset management or procurement systems
