The Role *Lead and grow the family law team, setting strategy and direction.
*Manage a varied caseload of complex family matters.
*Support and develop colleagues, encouraging collaboration and high standards of client care.
*Contribute to the firm’s profile as a trusted adviser in family law.
What We’re Looking For *Extensive experience in family law, including managing high-value and sensitive cases.
*Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and colleagues.
*Up-to-date knowledge of developments in family law and a proactive approach to best practice.
Qualifications *Law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
*Admission to the legal bar with a valid practising certificate.
*Senior-level experience in family law, ideally within a reputable practice.
