HR Advisor
Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for an opportunity where you can make a real impact while working closely with a supportive HR team?
This role offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment where you will support day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment activities and HR administration while partnering with senior HR leadership and site management.

The RoleAs an HR Advisor, you will provide operational HR support across a variety of functions while working closely with the VP of HR, HR/Administrative Assistant and Site Director.
This position plays an important role in supporting employees and managers with day-to-day HR activities while ensuring policies, procedures and HR documentation are maintained accurately.
Key Responsibilities*Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers
*Assist with employee relations activities including documentation and follow-up
*Support recruitment coordination including interview scheduling and candidate communication
*Assist with onboarding processes and employee documentation
*Support leave of absence (LOA) procedures and termination processes
*Maintain HR files and employee records ensuring compliance and accuracy
*Draft HR letters and administrative documents
*Ensure HR systems and records are updated
*Provide guidance on HR policies in collaboration with the HR team and Site Director
*Support internal meetings and HR communications
*Provide occasional support with site and facilities coordination where required
EducationA degree in Human Resources, Administration, Law or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience & Skills Required*Previous experience in HR support, HR administration or HR advisory roles
*Strong knowledge of HR practices including employee relations and absence management
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*Collaborative approach with the ability to work closely within an HR team
*High level of organisation, attention to detail and confidentiality
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
*Experience with ADP and Replicon systems would be advantageous
*Comfortable working on site and interacting with employees and managers
