Job Description:
Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Field Sales Executive on behalf of our amazing client. This Field Sales Executive opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-focused environment.
As the appointed Field Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating new business, building relationships, and contributing directly to the growth of the wider commercial team.
About the Role• Generating all new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting and face-to-face engagement
• Visiting 25–30 SME businesses per day across Kent
• Presenting tailored product solutions to private sector clients including restaurants, workshops, engineers, bakeries, and high-street SMEs
• Managing your own territory, diary and travel planning to maximise daily productivity
• Maintaining accurate records, notes and follow-ups using internal systems
• Representing the business professionally and delivering exceptional service at all times
About You• Previous experience in B2B, field sales, door-to-door, or other high-activity sales roles
• A confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people and building rapport quickly
• Highly self-motivated with a resilient, go-getter attitude
• Able to work autonomously and maintain high energy throughout the day
• Organised, target-driven and comfortable managing your own pipeline
• Holds a full UK driving licence and is happy to travel extensively across a regional patch
