Job Description:
Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our valued client.
This Customer Service Administrator opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed Customer Service Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.
About the Role:• Handling customer enquiries via phone, email and web portals
• Logging and updating client information accurately into CRM systems
• Producing documentation, correspondence and follow-up actions
• Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries promptly
• Supporting workflow processes, reporting tasks and general admin coordination
• Maintaining a professional and friendly service at all times
About You:• Experience in customer service or office support
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisational abilities with strong attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM databases
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Must have the Right to Work in the UK
Salary, Hours & Benefits: • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
