Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Field Sales Executive on behalf of our valued client. This Field Sales Executive opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and thrives within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
As the appointed Field Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating new business across Kent, building strong client relationships, and representing the business professionally out in the field.
About the Role:*Generating new business through field-based prospecting and door-to-door outreach
*Driving across Kent to identify opportunities, engage new customers, and secure new contracts
*Booking appointments, conducting face-to-face product/service demonstrations, and closing sales
*Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems and providing regular activity updates
*Acting as the first point of contact for potential clients and delivering excellent customer experience
*Building long-term relationships to support customer retention and future upselling
About You:*Proven experience within door-to-door sales, field sales, or face-to-face customer acquisition
*Confident, resilient, and target-driven with the ability to overcome objections
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build rapport quickly
*Highly self-motivated with a proactive, energetic approach to generating leads
*Full UK driving licence and comfortable travelling across Kent daily
*Organised, reliable, and able to manage your own territory efficiently
