Mortgage Broker - Romanian Speaking
Grays, Essex - Warm Leads Provided
Are you a Romanian speaking Mortgage Broker looking for a steady flow of quality leads?
We’re working with a growing brokerage in Grays looking to add an adviser to service warm, pre-qualified enquiries from a strong local client base.
Potential opportunity to lead a team as the business grows.
Responsibilities:
*Work qualified, warm leads – no cold calling
*Support clients through the full mortgage journey
*Strong demand from the Romanian-speaking community
*Genuine opportunity to build consistent earnings
Experience required:
*Fluent Romanian & English
*Minimum 12 months UK mortgage advisory experience
*CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
*Confident handling clients from enquiry to completion
Up to £35k Basic + Uncapped Commission
