The Opportunity
*A leading institutional investment organisation is seeking a Business Analyst to support Front Office change initiatives within its investment platform.
*Working closely with portfolio managers, traders, operations and technology teams, you will play a key role in delivering enhancements to the firm’s Order Management System, with a particular focus on Charles River implementation and optimisation.
*The role will involve gathering requirements, analysing Front Office workflows, supporting system configuration, and assisting with testing and delivery of investment system improvements.

Your Experience
*You will bring experience as a Business Analyst within an investment management or asset management environment, with strong exposure to Front Office systems.
*Be able to demonstrate hands-on involvement in Charles River (CRIMS) implementation or enhancement projects
*Strong understanding of the investment trade lifecycle and Front Office workflows
*Experience working with traders, portfolio managers and investment operations teams
*Knowledge of investment instruments including equities, fixed income, funds and derivatives
*Strong analytical capability, with proficiency in SQL and Excel
*Experience with other OMS platforms such as Aladdin or thinkFolio would be beneficial.
