Credit Controller Role Overview
NC Associates are currently recruiting a Credit Controller to join a market leading organisation based in Skelmersdale. As the Credit Controller you will be commercially aware, comfortable dealing with a wide range of clients by phone and email, and able to work closely with operational teams to resolve invoice queries quickly. This is a fast paced, high volume role, so you must be able to work at pace.
Credit Controller Responsibilities:
*Manage a portfolio of customer accounts
*Proactively chasing outstanding invoices and reducing aged debt
*Investigate and resolve invoice queries
*Reconcile customer accounts and allocate receipts
*Responsible for raising the weekly and monthly invoicing for your portfolio
*Monitor aged debt, escalate high-risk accounts, and support monthly reporting
Credit Controller Experience Required:
*Proven experience in a high-volume credit control role.
*Excellent communication and relationship skills.
*Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
