Lead Product Design Engineer

You’ll lead design across hardware and software, work across multiple programmes, and see your decisions move from concept through to delivery.

What you’ll be doing:
*Leading a small team delivering system and software design
*Driving hardware and software integration across the product
*Translating requirements into robust design baselines
*Working across the full engineering lifecycle, from concept to test
*Engaging with stakeholders across systems, software, and project teams
What you’ll bring:
*Software design experience within a complex product environment
*Ability to lead small teams
*Understanding of the full development lifecycle (V-model)
*Experience with tools such as DOORS, Rhapsody, or similar
*Ability to lead, influence, and solve complex technical problems
*Strong background in requirements, design, and integration
