Interim Assistant Finance Business Partner
Location: Northamptonshire (2 days per month on site)
Rate: £15-£20 per hour (DOE)
Duration: 3-6 months
Start: Immediate


Overview of the Assistant Finance Business Partner role:
Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Finance Business Partner to support a well-established organisation in Northamptonshire on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and hands-on finance professional who is available to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities for the Assistant Finance Business Partner:
*Preparing and completing reconciliations
*Supporting forecasting and budget monitoring activities
*Liaising with budget holders and providing financial guidance
*Assisting with year-end processes, including pulling together working papers
*Producing financial analysis to support decision-making
*Working with Unit4 (Agresso) financial systems
Requirements for the Assistant Finance Business Partner:
*Previous experience in a similar Assistant Accountant / Assistant Finance Business Partner role
*Strong reconciliation, forecasting, and budget monitoring skills
*Confident working with budget holders
*Experience with Unit4 is highly desirable
*Ability to start immediately
*Willingness to attend the Northamptonshire site twice per month
