You’ll provide full secretarial and administrative support within the conveyancing team, helping to keep matters running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities will include:
*Providing secretarial support within the conveyancing department
*Assisting with residential conveyancing matters
*Managing files and documentation
*Liaising with clients and third parties
*General administrative support as required
About You
This role would suit someone who:
*Has previous experience as a Legal Secretary
*Is comfortable working independently and managing their own workload
*Enjoys being part of a growing firm and contributing as the role evolves
*Is well organised, detail-focused, and professional
*Takes pride in delivering good client service
