Title: Resource Planning Coordinator
Location: Office-based role in Esholt (Hybrid available after 3-month probation)
Hours: Weekday hours Mon-Thur (9:00 - 5:30) With alternate Friday (9am - 1pm) & Saturday (8:30am – 12:30pm)
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

They’re passionate about delivering outstanding customer care and are now seeking a highly organised and relationship-focused Resource Planning Coordinator to support senior leadership and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate workforce cover across multiple professional disciplines to ensure services run efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external contractors.
- Ensure locations are appropriately staffed in line with workforce planning models.
- Maintain accurate schedules, documentation and system updates.
- Collaborate with commercial and people teams to ensure information is aligned and up to date.
- Monitor temporary staffing budgets and produce forward-looking forecasts.
- Identify risks early and recommend practical solutions using data insights.
- Respond to short-notice staffing challenges and make informed decisions.
- Provide planning support and reporting for senior leaders.

Ideal Background:

This role would suit individuals with experience in recruitment, workforce planning, scheduling, coordination or resource management.

Skills & Experience Required Essential:

- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively
- Full UK driving licence
