We are currently seeking a Romanian -speaking Account Manager to join a growing European team supporting independent consultants and community leaders across international markets.
This role focuses on relationship management, business support and strategic guidance for a network of consultants, helping them develop their businesses and maximise performance within a dynamic direct-to-consumer environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Build strong relationships with consultants and community leaders
*Provide guidance on business development and sales strategies
*Support consultants in understanding incentive and compensation programmes
*Monitor performance and recognise key achievements within the network
*Respond to consultant enquiries and provide accurate business support
*Facilitate conference calls, communications and recognition programmes
*Act as a key point of contact between consultants and corporate teams
Candidate Profile
*Native or fluent Romanian and English
*Strong relationship-building and communication skills
*Positive, outgoing and solutions-focused personality
*Ability to support entrepreneurs and independent consultants
*Experience in customer success, account management or community management
*Background in retail, wellness, or consumer brands preferred
