Administrator - Thurmaston (LE4)
£12.71 per hour
09:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday)
Temporary ongoing (with potential to become long-term)
Immediate start available
We’re currently recruiting for a reliable and organised Administrator to join a busy team based in Thurmaston, supporting day-to-day operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied admin role and is looking for a position with the potential to become ongoing for the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
General administrative support to the wider team
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Handling incoming calls and emails
Processing paperwork and documentation
Supporting with scheduling and coordination
Updating internal systems and spreadsheets
What we’re looking for:
Previous administration experience (preferred)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable with a proactive attitude
