The role supports managers through the ER process while contributing to improvements in templates, training materials and wider ER practices.

I’m currently recruiting for an Employee Relations Case Manager on a 3-month contract (with potential to extend). Based in Nottingham on a hybrid basis, paying £45,000 equivalent via umbrella.We’re supporting a fantastic organisation who need an experienced Employee Relations Case Manager to lead complex investigations and provide high-quality, balanced ER advice. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in detailed casework and wants to make an immediate impact while the permanent role is recruited.


Description


*Lead end-to-end ER investigations across conduct, performance, grievances & sensitive issues
*Produce clear, high-quality investigation reports aligned with ACAS and employment law
*Guide managers and HR colleagues through the process with objectivity and sound judgement
*Ensure fairness, consistency and confidentiality across all cases
*Support improvements to ER processes, templates and training materials during quieter periods


Profile


*Strong ER investigations experience (generalist or specialist)
*Solid UK employment law and ACAS knowledge
*Excellent report-writing and stakeholder management skills
*Calm, objective and able to manage multiple cases at pace
*CIPD Level 5+
