Job Description:
We are seeking a highly capable Vice President to join our client’s Investment Banking team in London, focusing on the Industrials sector.
This position offers immediate exposure to high-profile, cross-border transactions within their team, providing hands-on involvement in complex strategic projects and significant responsibility from day one.

Responsibilities:
*Lead the execution of complex M&A, restructuring, and capital-raising transactions across the Industrials sector, including A&D, transportation, logistics, automation and manufacturing.
*Manage deal teams and oversee end-to-end transaction processes, including financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and drafting client-ready materials.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives, industrials investors, and strategic operators.
*Supervise the preparation of high-quality pitchbooks, transaction documentation, and sector-specific market analyses, ensuring accuracy, insight, and commercial relevance.
*Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance on technical workstreams and supporting long-term professional growth.
*Collaborate with colleagues across global offices, coordinating cross-border execution on international mandates involving multinational operators and global investment funds.
*Track industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics in industrials to deliver informed, data-driven insights to clients.
Requirements:
*Experience: 6-10 years of investment banking or financial advisory experience, with a strong track record in M&A, capital raising, and strategic transactions within Industrials.
*Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, valuation methodologies, and transaction structuring, with the ability to navigate the unique economics of industrials assets.
*Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead deal teams, coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams, and foster junior talent.
*Client Management: Strong relationship-building capabilities and experience interacting with senior executives, boards, and investor stakeholders.
*Communication: Exceptional skills in presenting, negotiating, and producing clear, concise written materials.
*Analytical Ability: Strong attention to detail, strategic problem-solving capability, and comfort operating under tight deadlines in fast-moving processes.
*Global Mindset: Ability to work on cross-border transactions and collaborate seamlessly with international teams and clients.
