Position Overview *Drive the development of the discretionary risk framework by enhancing firm-wide processes and infrastructure.
*Ensure discretionary strategies operate within riks limits and allocations defined by the Investment Commitee.
*Identify and evaluate risks associated with discretionary trading strategies.
*Analyze portfolio-level risk exposures and key performance drives.
*Collaborate with quantitative researchers and traders on strategy analysis.
*Support trade and portfolio construction across the discretionary business.
Qualifications *Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related field (includes degrees in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Financial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science and Physics); advanced degree preferred.
Years Experience Guidelines *Graduate level up to 3 years of relevant experience.
Required Skillset *Shows a keen interest in Risk Management and understanding complex risk frameworks.
*Applies a quantitative approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
*Thrives in fasst-paced environments with a strong sense of urgency and proactive mindset.
*Communicates effectively with global teammates to drive alignment and results.
*Demonstrates strong collaboration skills with trading, analyst, and quantiative teams.
