Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming primary school in Gorton for a committed Teaching Assistant to support a Year 3 class. You will work closely with the class teacher, supporting learning, behaviour, and pupil development.
Key Responsibilities:
*Support whole-class learning and small groups
*Provide 1:1 support where needed
*Assist with classroom management
*Help create a positive learning environment
Requirements:
*Experience in a primary school (KS2 desirable)
*Strong communication skills
*Patient, proactive, and reliable
*TA qualification (Level 2/3) desirable
