Job Description:
The Role
*Analysis of new transactions and existing exposures, research and creating financial models to support the execution process
*Focus on Commercial Ground Rents and Social Infrastructure as well as the wider lending space
*Supporting the origination team in the development of new business
*Effectively liaisng with various teams including legal advisors, Investment Committee and management
*Investment reporting including factsheet production and responses to investor requests
The Requirements
*Property Valuations experience
*Strong technical background, ability to model from scratch
*Excellent spoken and written English
*Strong interest and/or understanding of the real estate credit investment space
