Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced DCM Syndicate Manager.
The role focuses on pricing, executing, and distributing public bond transactions. You will work closely with origination teams, sales, issuers, and institutional investors to ensure successful deal execution and strong market outcomes.
This is a front-office role with direct exposure to clients and transactions.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead bond syndication processes from start to finish
*Support pricing decisions and transaction strategy
*Work with origination and sales teams on deal execution
*Engage with investors to understand market demand
*Monitor fixed income and credit markets
*Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies
*Support governance, controls, and risk management within the team
*Contribute to the smooth running and development of the desk
What We’re Looking For
*Experience in bond syndication or fixed income capital markets
*Strong understanding of credit markets and pricing
*Knowledge of financial institutions and debt products (preferred)
*Good understanding of risk and regulatory frameworks
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Confident using Excel, Bloomberg, and other market tools
*Commercial mindset with attention to detail
