Salary Package - £K DOE + Bonuses
Location - Devizes, Wiltshire

The Role:
*Troubleshoot and resolve production and process issues
*Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives
*Carry out root cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa)
*Support process control and compliance audits
*Work closely with Engineering, Quality and Production teams
What we need:
*Manufacturing / engineering experience
*Knowledge of lean & problem-solving tools
*Ability to read engineering drawings
*Proactive, detail-focused approach
